Welcome to The University Skating Club
The University (Figure) Skating Club was founded in 1922 by members of the University of Toronto. Our home ice is the warm and near Olympic-sized Varsity Arena, centrally located in downtown Toronto. We are an adult-oriented club with a tradition in ice dancing. We welcome ice dancers and freeskaters at all levels of ability.
Registration is now open.
The USC 2014 Winter Season Brochure is available here!

The University Skating Club's annual general meeting will be held next Sunday, Mar. 30 at 2:15pm in the meeting room on the second floor of the Varsity Stadium Pavilion (the entrance building just south of the football field). If you're on the power skating session and would like to attend, please join us after you are finished skating. We encourage all USC members to attend and participate in the running of your club. And if you're interested in joining the board, please let us know. We're always looking for new board members.
USC will be offering an Adult Power Skating session starting in January 2014! This session will provide instruction in proper skating technique for hockey players. Lessons will cover forward and backwards skating, turning, and stopping as well as work on balance and using edges. Skaters will work in groups based on skill level. Our Power Skating Brochure and Application Form are now available. Visit our programs page to download a copy.
